When an item is in stock, we make every effort to ship the part out the next business day. Some orders may take 3-5 days to ship. There is no warranty, expressed or implied by Bob Harris Enterprises, Inc. because the intended use is for auto racing. This includes all products we sell or services we provide. Racing is a dangerous sport & it is the purchaser's responsibility to properly use the products.
Bob Harris Enterprises, Inc. assumes no responsibility for liability for your decision to participate in a dangerous sport.
Any shortage or damage MUST be reported to BHE within 3 days of receiving order. If there is damage to the product, contact Bob Harris Enterprises, Inc. immediately and keep the box for the claim. Thank you!
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly issue a credit to your account, or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in the original condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include original packaging materials.
Certain items cannot be returned. These items include books, DVDs, tapes, certain electrical parts, special order or closeout merchandise. Please call Bob Harris Enterprises at 515.292.9200 if you have specific questions or needs.
